Mark is the Founder and CEO of Tracking Football. Mark founded and led several entrepreneurial ventures prior to Tracking Football, including Football Talent Advisors, a football scouting consultancy, and Rocket SportsFund, a professional sports gambling hedge fund based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Prior to Mark’s career path as an entrepreneur, he was a high school social studies teacher, a head track and field coach, and football coach. Mark is a Butler University graduate and resides in Carmel, Indiana with his partner Kara and their dog Sashi.
Drew is the co-founder and technology leader at Tracking Football. Drew joined Tracking Football in January of 2024 via the acquisition of SportSource Analytics, a leading sports-tech company in which he co-founded and started in 2011.
Prior to joining Tracking Football, Drew was the Chief Technology Officer for Philips’s healthcare analytics division, heading up a variety of cutting-edge products and services. Before his professional career, Drew attended and played baseball at Vanderbilt University (1997-2000), double-majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics.
Brian has been a partner at Tracking Football since 2016. During his tenure he has served as Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Profile Development, Head of Social Media, and since 2021 has been Head of Sales for the company.
Before joining Tracking Football, Brian spent over a decade in secondary education as a teacher and coach. From 2003-2005 he was a Speech Communications and English Educator at Franklin Central High School and coached freshman/varsity football, varsity wrestling, and boys’/girls’ varsity track and field. He also served at Carmel High School from 2006-2015 as a Broadcast Journalism Educator, WHJE Radio Station Manager, and varsity football offensive coordinator/offensive line coach.
Brian and his wife Melanie have three children: Owen, Mia, and Chloe.
Frank has worked with TrackingFootball since its inception. He was an integral part of developing the analytical underpinnings of many of the company’s offerings. Since January 2024, he is the CFO of TrackingFootball.
Prior to becoming CFO, Frank’s career included over 30 years of management consulting and corporate positions. He has an Engineering Degree in Computer Science from the K.U. Leuven, and an M.S. in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
Marty is responsible for ensuring that Tracking Football’s roster, production, and player data is accurate and dependable. Marty joined Tracking Football in 2024 as part of the SportSource Analytics merger. He joined SportSource in 2014 after creating the cfbstats.com website as a hobby, and became responsible for the college football rosters and game production data. His journey in sports statistics began with a short time as a software developer at STATS, Inc. (now Stats Perform).
Marty has over 30 years of software development and data modeling experience, with a focus on software and data architecture and an attention to detail. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Auburn University, and currently resides in Duluth, Georgia.
Tyler has been with Tracking Football since 2019. During his tenure, he has served as Data Analyst, Database and Research Manager, and since 2023, he has been the General Manager of Operations.
Prior to Tracking Football, Tyler spent three years working in sales as an Account Executive for a recruiting firm in Chicago. He graduated from DePauw University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and was a four-year letterman on the Tiger football team.
Tyler and his wife Molly reside in Nashville, TN.
Scott diligently works alongside other members of the data team to create and maintain Tracking Football’s unparalleled high school and college player databases. In addition, he is an integral part of the Tracking Football NFL Draft processes during the Winter and Spring. Scott has worked with Tracking Football since 2020. Scott resides in Louisville, Kentucky, with his wife, Stephanie, and two young children.
Jarod graduated from the South Dakota School of Mines in the spring of 2022 with a degree in Applied Mathematics. In college, Jarod played four years of varsity football while studying computer science, data, and mathematics. Jarod has used his dedication, knowledge, and love of football acquired while playing in college, along with his love of mathematics, to help Tracking Football in a variety of ways as a data engineer and developer.
Ryne brings a strong background in college football recruiting and personnel, with experience at both Arizona State and Nevada. He served as Director of Player Personnel at both programs, leading efforts in roster management, recruiting strategy, scouting, and social media.
A former team captain and student-athlete at North Central College, Rezac has been with Tracking Football since January 2024, leveraging his expertise in evaluation and player personnel to help programs integrate data-driven solutions into their recruiting strategies.
Preston’s “why” for working in football is because he believes in the power of the game to build character and reveal potential to better everyone involved. At Tracking Football, Preston gets to combine his passion for the game with a purpose – helping programs identify talent through accurate data and help kids be able to accomplish their dreams in their football career.
Preston is a graduate of Clemson University and spent several years working in the Clemson Football recruiting office. He then spent a year with University of Michigan as a football recruiting analyst prior to joining Tracking Football.
Jack graduated from Ball State University in May 2003. He served as the Ball State football team’s Assistant Recruiting Coordinator from 2003 until February 2007. He was the Assistant Wide Receivers coach for Carmel High School (IN) for the 2015 and 2016 seasons. Jack joined XOS in 2018 and was the Director of Midwest Scouting. He started with Tracking Football in January 2020 as a Data Analyst and Scout. Jack focuses on adding new players to the high school database, quality controlling player profiles for accuracy and updates and various projects assigned to him by the team.
Trevor joined the Tracking Football team in 2023 as a Data Analyst, bringing a passion for football recruitment and data-driven insights. Within a year, his hard work and versatility earned him new titles as Social Media Coordinator and High School Combine Assistant Coordinator, where he plays a key part in expanding the company’s digital presence and supporting high school talent evaluation.
Trevor’s journey in football recruiting began in 2020 when he joined the University of Houston staff, gaining valuable experience over two seasons. His expertise grew further when he accepted a recruiting intern position at Texas Christian University, where he focused on JUCO recruiting efforts and contributed during the team’s run to the National Championship.
Daulton graduated from Shippensburg University with a degree in mathematics, a concentration in statistics, and a minor in business. Prior to Tracking Football, he spent two years with Sports Info Solutions as a football video scout and a year with the National Football League working in the Game Statistics and Information Systems Department. In Daulton’s free time he enjoys watching and analyzing all things football.
James joined Tracking Football in July 2025 as the Director of Analytics. Prior to his career in data analytics, he worked as a derivatives trader at Citigroup and Susquehanna. James holds an M.S. in Applied Data Science from Carnegie Mellon and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his AKC Grand Champion poodle, Torrie.
